What will I do in this role? This position is established to provide prompt, professional and accurate information to members and potential members in opening new accounts, securing loans, as well as cross-selling Credit Union products and services to meet members’ needs and increase member satisfaction.

What qualifications do I need to have for this role? Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of banking experience to include: knowledge of loan and account interviewing techniques, cross selling, upselling and/or referring products/services; or 2 years of relevant finance related experience; or 6 months of SDCCU member facing work experience may be considered.

Preferences:

• Prior experience with meeting established sales and production goals or prior experience in a customer facing position at a branch.

Where will I be working? This role is Location Dependent and is based at Oceanside Branch-625 College Boulevard, Oceanside, CA 92057.

What is the pay range? Pay Scale: $22.00-$27.25 (Per Hour)

Saturday 8:30am/4:30pm

Sunday OFF

Additional Schedule Details (If Applicable): Rotating Saturdays with another weekday off.
