What will I do in this role? The Consumer Lending Underwriter Manager will be responsible to manage the underwriting for all consumer loans (direct and indirect auto, credit card and personal), handle complicated loan requests, escalations and scenario specific inquiries. Duties include oversight of the underwriting team, monitoring queues relating to Service Level Agreements (SLA), compliance, ECOA and Fair Lending. Implement any updates, changes in regulations, product development and training. Perform detailed analysis and review of loan applications to make sure credit decisions rendered according to established underwriting limits and in timely consistent manner.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role? Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Supervisory ExperienceFive years of experience in consumer loan underwriting environment to include direct and indirect autos, credit cards and personal loans.
Preferences:
Working knowledge of credit risk management and underwriting guidelines.
Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience.
Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.
Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

What is the pay range? Pay Scale: $97,150.00-$125,700.00 (Per Year)
