@Xfinity your comcast portion for new tv connection is nowhere close to being acceptable! I’ve been on the phone with you for far too much to call yourself a service! You really need to catch up to the 21st century with just plain old tv and watching abc and being able to record

Ok so the dropped frames are 100% a @comcast issue I caught the massive packet loss looks like its coming down the line so guess I'm gonna have to make a call $500 a month this is getting fixed ASAP

Just now was trying to use Xfinity X1 to stream a TV episode. Response laggy, video low res and freezing... Couldn't figure out how to restart it so I ended up pulling the plug and putting it back in. Problem solved.2 engineering degrees and I know to turn stuff off and on.

@tesla_raj @DatHandsomeJerk You might have a profile installed to auto connect to Xfinity networks. Check under Settings - General - Profiles & Device Management. Delete the specific profile and that should fix the issue.

Switched to Xfinity Mobile. Let's see how this goes. Not so thrilled about the just discovered 600 Kbps tethering bandwidth limit. That's absolute crap. But for the price maybe everything else is ok ...

downgraded our comcast package cause are barely watch TV. we are usually streaming or watching youtube if anything. We will probably keep at least Disney+ and cancel the rest as we are done watching any shows that looked interesting
