@Xfinity The representative told me that idea qualify for him and that he will put my order through it is January 11, 2021 and I still have not received my X5 pods I paid my bill three times and still don’t have my extra pots I’ve called and spoke with numerous customer service agents

@Xfinity So yeah I spoke with over five representatives on several times more than half of them hung up on me and never called back and like I said I still don’t have my X5 pods so you guys are pissing me off and I’m about to in my services with you guys so I have a claim number . 8208737

@Xfinity No I am not I received a call from you guys in early November the customer service agent offer me a package upgrade with free xfi podsI explain to the customer representative that if I could not get the free Xfi pods I did not want to upgrade my package to a higher cost

Whew! Grateful I am able to get a month of @SlingTele, with no contracts and the ability to cancel at anytime, so I can watch #WorldJuniors on @NHLNetwork! I don’t have to pay @Xfinity an additional $40, on top of what I already pay them, just to get one channel! #TeamUSA 🇺🇸

Wild thread but not surprising. Comcast is very overrated. I’m good with AT&T. Paying $60 a month for fiber internet. Hardly any issues.

@Raven1841 If you have AT&T fiber in your area (the real one at 1,000mbps up & down, not the glorified DSL at 100mbps), jump on it. I have been to the promised land and it is glorious.But **** @Comcast @Xfinity - my bill is going to be higher this month because of their unrealistic limits

@HBOMaxHelp The issue was with Xfinity. I was able to access HBOMax through the app on my Samsung TV and watched the movie no problem.

@Xfinity your comcast portion for new tv connection is nowhere close to being acceptable! I’ve been on the phone with you for far too much to call yourself a service! You really need to catch up to the 21st century with just plain old tv and watching abc and being able to record
