@rexthetvterrier @comcast I’m telling all of you the problem is not inside your house.Nothing wrong with your modem.It’s the wires.I know this for a fact.We had a drop line replaced. I had the tech look up when it was installed.2015Wish I saved a bit of it.It looked 50 yrs old.

@comcast @comcastcares I have good WiFi, you show my Modem as activ, I'm watching the news on your cable, but I can't change channels. I'm told you're having "problems finding a wifi signal". What does my cable TV have to do with wifi? Holy Cow, incompetence, thy name is Xfinity, or is it Comcast?

Xfinity customer support is an absolute oxymoron. I’ve had to replace two cable TV boxes in a month, our Wi-Fi was shut down for the weekend after a month of one frequency not working at all. I’ve had two months of automatic payments and they screwed it up both times

@SeeSnowy32966 @comcast Sorry to hear that's been your experience. I won't pretend it's been perfect over the last 20 years I've had service, but the customer service people have generally been good. This last one was exceptional.
