@Xfinity I have spent multiple hours on calls today and still have not been able to just switch a modem between addresses. And every time the call gets close to an hour, the rep wants to call back! This is unacceptable and it seems like your system is fundamentally broken. Why?!

@comcast @comcastcares I have good WiFi, you show my Modem as activ, I'm watching the news on your cable, but I can't change channels. I'm told you're having "problems finding a wifi signal". What does my cable TV have to do with wifi? Holy Cow, incompetence, thy name is Xfinity, or is it Comcast?

Xfinity customer support is an absolute oxymoron. I’ve had to replace two cable TV boxes in a month, our Wi-Fi was shut down for the weekend after a month of one frequency not working at all. I’ve had two months of automatic payments and they screwed it up both times

@SeeSnowy32966 @comcast Sorry to hear that's been your experience. I won't pretend it's been perfect over the last 20 years I've had service, but the customer service people have generally been good. This last one was exceptional.
