So fed up with @Xfinity! Constant problems with cable/wifi &no help from website or app. I’m tired of troubleshooting, rebooting and chatting with someone online- it hasn’t helped! Requested a call back and they called and then said they couldn’t take my call and to call back!😡

@comcastcares @comcast just got off the phone with a Comcast rep. No help at all. Will someone that is competent please reach out to me. Maybe someone not reading a script. Was asked how I’m doing. Answered honestly that I was not good. Was told they are happy to hear that.

@ATT I want to get HBO Max but I'm a kind of bummed that it wont be carried on Comcast or Amazon.If that happens I'll cancel all my other channels and make HBOMax my only service.

Xfinity customer support is an absolute oxymoron. I’ve had to replace two cable TV boxes in a month, our Wi-Fi was shut down for the weekend after a month of one frequency not working at all. I’ve had two months of automatic payments and they screwed it up both times

@SeeSnowy32966 @comcast Sorry to hear that's been your experience. I won't pretend it's been perfect over the last 20 years I've had service, but the customer service people have generally been good. This last one was exceptional.
