How does one get @Xfinity service to their town? @GetSpectrum has been a severe disappointment during and after this storm. Almost 30 years in Middlebury, CT and very little disruption even w/tornados. Southbury, CT deserves better service.

Hey @Xfinity @comcastcares pretty scummy if you during a pandemic to charge extra for internet usage when we got 3 people working and going to school from home when your charges are already expensive. That’s some great customer service. Pathetic!!

Xfinity customer support is an absolute oxymoron. I’ve had to replace two cable TV boxes in a month, our Wi-Fi was shut down for the weekend after a month of one frequency not working at all. I’ve had two months of automatic payments and they screwed it up both times

@SeeSnowy32966 @comcast Sorry to hear that's been your experience. I won't pretend it's been perfect over the last 20 years I've had service, but the customer service people have generally been good. This last one was exceptional.
