1. Prepare the Quiche Crust

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then, use a fork to make small pricks all over the pie crust. Blind bake the crust for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat.

2. Make the Filling

Once butter is hot, add the spinach and saute until completely wilted, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream, and beat in the seasoning. Stir the cooked spinach and mix with the cheese and ham in the large mixing bowl to make the spinach mixture.

3. Pour the Mixture and Bake the Quiche

Pour the ham mixture into your pre-baked pie shell and place it on a cookie sheet to prevent oven spills. Finally, place quiche in the oven and continue baking for 25-35 minutes, until the eggs are completely cooked through, and a fork inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with breakfast potatoes or fruit salad.

  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Oil
  • 5 cups Spinach
