@comcastcares So if you can use a roku why cant you use a flex??, it doesnt make any sense I'm sure you people had plenty of board meetings about this but you made the wrong decision. You cant exclude customers that pay more from an offer. Looks horrible.

@comcast my elderly mother spends most of her days at home with basic cable and they are charging our elders high cable prices while paying cheap labor to customer service in the Philippines. Who else feels like they are being ripped off by Comcast????

@comcast this is a USA company that charges incredibly high prices while having their customer service in the Philippines. I have spend 45 minutes on a phone call going around in circles with an employee that didn’t know how to read the bill. Shame on you COMCAST.

I just canceled my @xfinity subscription due to the outrageous pricing, all the extra taxes and fees,lousy customer service and it’s almost as much as my car payment! If everybody started canceling their subscriptions until they lower their prices, watch how fast that happens!

@AwesemoDFS I emailed support over an hour ago provided screenshots and the nascar opto still isn’t fixed. They have trucks and xfinity drivers mixed into the same pool. The xfinity drivers all have 0 projections and it’s a complete mess. Missed out on gpps cause it’s not fixed

@Xfinity So lets be clear . For three months I got 10 mb down and 1mb up . I canceled my service returned all equipment and left with a 0 balance ! Why am I being billed 147$ from a credit collection agency ? ref 45736585

@XfinitySupport 1:30pm yest-MIDNIGHT last night @Xfinity went out in NE Lou AGAIN. 7 1/2 HOURS of my 8 hr online flash Sale I couldn't take orders, receive email, or get on the internet AT ALL. Will the Xfinity Prepaid customers credit for down time? NOPE. WE NEVER DO. THIEVES!
