You have to hate/laugh at @Xfinity’s customer service these days. Not only do their outages last for days but then their customer service are bots that don’t understand anything. When you finally reach an “agent”, they disappear after 5 minutes.

Honestly @Xfinity @comcastcares has to be the worse internet provider I’ve ever used. I cannot properly conduct telehealth sessions because the service is always so spotty or just completely doesn’t work.

@iJaadee @Xfinity @comcastcares my grandmother too, she is 73, and lives in rural Virginia. Out of the few internet companies that exist there , AKA like three, the least scammy don't offer services at her apartment complex so she can't get internet unless thru comcast. Sounds bad as it is.

While helping my dad, the Comcast installer just told me over the speaker phone “well, he’s an older guy and his English isn’t great, so he won’t understand, so you’ll have to explain it to him.” I’ll gladly help my parents, but what if I wasn’t available?

@comcastcares See what it really is is that anything on hbo works....but nothing that's on hbo max will work... Makes you sign into app and the only way to do this is have an account or xfinity fix it on their end. Went through this with xfinity last night for an hour
